I'm an AI engineering lead at HSBC, where I build voice and conversational systems. If you've called HSBC anywhere in the world recently, there is a good chance your call was assisted by services my team and I run, handling over 1,500 live requests every second. Right now we are working toward autonomous agents that can fulfill complex banking actions end-to-end.
Previously, I built LLM data agents and core reporting infrastructure at Citi, co-founded an accelerator for university web3 founders, and studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at NIT Trichy.
Outside of terminal windows and system diagrams, I play tennis religiously, follow football and F1, geek out over mechanical watches, and play League of Legends with friends. I also run on ungodly amounts of chai.
